1. What inspired you to start your music career?
I was inspired to start making music because a lot of people I met naturally assumed I was an artist. That made me realize I had the energy and presence of a musician, and luckily, I could cook—meaning I had the talent and passion to create music as well.
2. Can you describe your musical style and influences?
My musical style is Afro music, infused with vibes that make people feel good while also carrying a deep message. Some of my biggest influences are Burna Boy, Rema, Victony, and LlonA, as they each bring a unique sound and energy to Afro music.
3. What has been your biggest achievement in music so far?
My biggest achievement so far is my fan base. The love and organic connection I have with my fans mean everything to me. They are the ones who push my music forward, and their support keeps me going.
4. How do you approach songwriting, and what is your creative process like?
I like to flow and freestyle on a beat before writing. Sometimes, I don’t write at all—I just let the music guide me and go off pure vibes. This allows me to stay authentic and express myself freely.
5. Who are some of your favorite artists or collaborators you’ve worked with?
I’m still on the journey of finding the right producer who fully understands my sound. However, I draw inspiration from my favorite artists, and I’m always open to collaborating with those who align with my vision.
6. What challenges have you faced in the music industry, and how did you overcome them?
One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced is music production and promotion. I knew I had the talent, but I struggled to find a producer who truly understood my sound. Over time, I’ve learned to be patient and keep searching for the right people who align with my vision.
7. Can you share a memorable experience from one of your performances?
One of my most memorable performances was at a club called Rosie’s, where I performed for 20 minutes. The experience was amazing because everyone in the crowd was fully engaged, and the energy in the room was electric. Moments like that remind me why I do music.
8. What message do you hope to convey through your music?
My music is all about self-awareness, balance, and treating everyone with love and respect. I want people to embrace who they are and create a lifestyle that aligns with their true selves.
9. How do you engage with your fans, and what role do they play in your career?
I engage with my fans in an organic way—we chat, talk, and vibe together. They are a big part of my journey, and I make sure to keep that connection real because, without them, my music wouldn’t have the same impact.
10. What are your future goals and upcoming projects that fans can look forward to?
My goal is to put out more singles and eventually tell my full story through an album. Fans can expect music that reflects my journey, emotions, and experiences while still bringing good vibes.
