The exceptionally gifted Nigerian singer Ayra Starr is set to take center stage at the esteemed music festival at The Old Biscuit Mill on February 16 and Constitution Hill on February 17, 2024. She will be accompanied by a stellar lineup of talented artists. Ayra Starr excitedly shared her enthusiasm with her South African fanbase, affectionately known as “mobsters,” on social media.

Recently the talented singer came under fire for not greeting legendary Juju musician, King Sunny Ade (KSA), properly. A video of Ayra Starr, at the Afrozons pre-Grammy party in Lagos State, shaking hands with 77-year-old KSA without going down on her knees or curtsying had angered some netizens. Ayra Starr has issued an apology in response to criticisms following a viral video.
