The African Giant, Grammy-winning Nigerian singer, Burna Boy, has spoken up on social media to clarify the misinterpretation surrounding his recent album release announcement.
In hindsight, the Nigerian singer, Burna Boy tweeted on July 29, “Album dropping 12 a.m”, which led many fans and media outlets to believe that his new album would drop on the same day at 12 a.m.
However, Burna Boy clarified on Sunday, August 11, that he never specified the date, only the time. In a follow-up tweet, he wrote: “Ladies and gentlemen, A valuable lesson on paying attention to detail. I said 12 a.m, I never said what date. No be say I whine una o Na una Lose guard”
