The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) will conduct an e-auction of forfeited vehicles on Monday, January 27, 2025, from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.
The exercise will take place online, covering 16 lots across Abuja, Edo, Kwara, Sokoto, Kaduna, Lagos, and Kano states.
In a statement, the EFCC confirmed the auction would comply with the EFCC (Establishment) Act, 2004, the Public Procurement Act, 2007, and the Proceeds of Crime (Recovery & Management) Act, 2022.
Interested bidders can access specific web links for each lot.
The commission stated, “Through appointed auctioneers, the e-auction will involve vehicles under final forfeiture orders.”
