The Federal Government is set to arraign 130 suspects, including 113 foreign nationals and 17 Nigerians, on charges of cybercrime and national security threats.
The suspects, predominantly Chinese and Malaysian nationals, were apprehended during a police operation in Jahi, Abuja.
The raid, led by AIG Benneth Igweh of Zone 7 Command and the National Cyber Crime Centre, uncovered the use of advanced technology for illicit activities.
Scheduled to appear before the Federal High Court, Justice Ekerete Akpan will preside over their trial.
The operation highlights a crackdown on high-level cybercrime operations in the country.
