Popular Afrobeat sensation, Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe, widely known as Kizz Daniel has triggered a significant social media uproar by appealing to his fans for financial assistance.

The renowned music star, who recently flaunted his acquisition of a Rolls Royce Cullinan valued at over N280 million, left many in disbelief when he requested his fans to recharge his phone with airtime for data subscription renewal.

In a post on X yesterday, he wrote “So…… My data don finish. who go load for me ?!” A fan responded to his tweet saying, “Will 5m be ok for you?” and Kizz Daniel responded, “I will manage it.”

The artist’s online interaction with this fan, offering to send him data, became a focal point of his recent digital engagement. To underscore the seriousness of his plea, Kizz Daniel shared a phone number to which he urged his fans to contribute money or data to facilitate the renewal of his subscription.
