The Lagos State Government has announced a new initiative to boost tourism and celebrate its cultural heritage through monthly landmark tours.

Idris Aregbe, the Special Adviser to the Governor on Tourism, Arts, and Culture, revealed the plan during an event for Nigerians in the diaspora and Lagos enthusiasts.

Themed “Lagos Tourism is Rising,” the tours aim to strengthen ties with the diaspora and highlight Lagos as a global hub for business and leisure.

“This initiative celebrates our cultural heritage and fosters a deeper connection with Nigerians in the diaspora,” Aregbe said.
