The Lagos State Government has shut down the pedestrian bridge linking Oshodi Bus Terminals 2 and 3 due to structural safety concerns.

Commissioner for Transportation, Oluwaseun Osiyemi, announced that barriers would be placed at the bridge entrances to prevent access while a full structural assessment is carried out.

He urged pedestrians to use another bridge located 30 metres away until the evaluation determines whether repairs or reconstruction are needed.
