Arrest of Sam Larry in connection to the tragic passing of late rapper Mohbad has been shared by the police force.
The Nigerian police force, through the office of the Public Relations Officer for Lagos state, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, has confirmed the arrest of Sam Larry as part of the investigation into the death of the fast-rising rapper Mohbad.
SP Benjamin Hundeyin, in a post on his social media platform X, which is formerly known as Twitter, shared a post confirming that the controversial Lagos socialite Balogun Eletu, also known as Sam Larry, is in police custody assisting in the investigations into the mysterious circumstances surrounding the death of Ilerioluwa Aloba, who was popularly known Mohbad.
This latest development comes days after the late rapper was exhumed for autopsy as part of the investigation into the shocking circumstances surrounding his death. The police also confirmed the status of the autopsy, stating, “Mohbad: Autopsy Update The Nigeria Police Force wishes to inform the public that the autopsy procedure for Mr. Mohbad has been successfully completed. Further information will be provided as soon as the results are available.”
