President Bola Tinubu will welcome Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the Presidential Villa, Abuja, today, marking a significant step in strengthening Nigeria-India relations.
The President’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, announced that both leaders would exchange signed Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) to bolster collaboration in key sectors.
This visit, the first by an Indian prime minister since Dr Manmohan Singh’s visit in 2007, aims to deepen the strategic partnership established between the two nations.
Prime Minister Modi’s arrival is expected to reinforce bilateral ties through discussions on trade, investment, and other critical areas of mutual interest.
