The rapper feels that the buzzing singer is being repetitive with his style.
Nigerian rapper Sodiq Abubakar Yusuf, popularly known as CDQ, has criticised the latest snippet shared by buzzing street-hop singer Asake.
Taking to social media in the wee hours of Sunday, March 12, 2023, Asake act shared a snippet of an exciting, amapiano-infused tune, which without an iota of doubt is a potential banger, and fans have received it in that line even though it has not been released.
With many celebrities, fans, and music lovers lauding Asake for this snippet, CDQ’s opinion was different, and he didn’t shy away from airing it.
According to the rapper, who commented on a blogpost, he felt the singer could have done better, further stating that the snippet sounded like ‘Palazzo”, a smash song by DJ Spinall that featured Asake. With a heart emoji, CDQ wrote:
