President Bola Tinubu arrived in Lagos on Wednesday at 3:23 pm for the Christmas and New Year celebrations.
He was received at the Presidential Wing of Murtala Mohammed International Airport by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Deputy Governor Obafemi Hamzat, and other officials.
Before traveling to Lagos, Tinubu presented the 2025 Appropriation Bill, totalling ₦47.9 trillion, to a joint session of the National Assembly in Abuja.
The President’s arrival in Lagos and the prior presentation of the budget were confirmed in a statement by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga.
