After being certified platinum in South Africa, Tyla’s Water has been certified platinum in the United States after selling a certified 1 million units.
The single has been get breakout to a global level getting her multiple nominations and exposure. She was nominated for the African Entertainment Awards USA, the MOBO awards, the South African Style Awards and the Grammy awards and more all in 2023.
