Nigerian Afrobeats artist, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun popularly know as Wizkid has continued to mourn the loss of British singer and instrumentalists, Joey Grant.

Wizkid and Joey, who is popularly known as Joeybass, are close friends who have performed together on stage at different times.

The Starboy took to his Twitter account on Thursday, August 11th, to remember his good friend with an emotional video clip.

The video shot by fans shows both artists performing together on stage. They were also seen hugging each other during the presigious O2 Arena during his concert in London. Wizkid was singing while Joey played the guitar.

The award-winning singer had written: “RIP Joey, thank you for sharing your light with me.”
