Tinubu Leads FEC Meeting as Shettima Embarks on Official Trip.

President Bola Tinubu is presiding over the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting at the Council Chamber of the State House in Abuja.

The meeting commenced at around 1:20 PM with ministers and some presidential aides in attendance.

Vice President Kashim Shettima is notably absent, as he is on an official assignment in Dubai and is expected to continue to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for the lesser Hajj.

With just two weeks left in the year, it remains uncertain if this will be the final FEC meeting of 2024.

President Tinubu is scheduled to present the 2025 Appropriation Bill to the National Assembly on Tuesday, a day after the FEC session.
